Tristi Lika obtained her Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 1999 with a major in psychology, and a minor in Political Science and Romance Languages. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 2002. Tristi was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2005, and joined Braithwaite Boyle the same year. She is a current member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association (ACTLA).Tristi enjoys travelling, music, dancing, politics, fashion and getting to know foreign languages and cultures. She was born in Albania and moved to Canada in 1992. She has had the opportunity to live, study and work in numerous countries such as; Albania, Greece, Italy and South Africa, experiences that have enabled her to learn different languages and cultures. Tristi is fluent in Albanian and Italian and has knowledge of French and Greek. From 2003-2005, Tristi was seconded in Pretoria/Johannesburg, South Africa by the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs while working on immigration and refugee law.
