Prior to commencing his post-secondary education, Braedon served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a field artilleryman in 1st Regiment, Royal Canadian Horse Artillery in Shilo, Manitoba. There he saw firsthand the devastating effects that injuries can have on people. Despite his long absence from military life, his love of running and weightlifting remain. He then attended the University of British Columbia, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History. Braedon subsequently attended the University of Alberta where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2021. During law school, Braedon was heavily involved in Student Legal Services. He began as a volunteer and then a dayleader with the Criminal Law project, where he defended members of the Edmonton low-income community charged with criminal offences in Provincial Court. In his final year, he was elected the executive coordinator of Student Legal Services. Braedon articled at Ahlstrom Wright in Sherwood Park, where he gained invaluable experience in general legal practice in both litigation and solicitor’s work. Since joining Braithwaite Boyle in 2022, Braedon has exclusively focused on personal injury law. Braedon views the practice of law as a helping profession and wants to help you receive your entitled compensation and to take care of the legal process for you so that you can focus on your recovery. |
