Ph. 780-451-9191 [email protected] James grew up in the Province of Alberta. He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987. Prior to going to law school he worked at the Alberta Alcohol and Drug Commission (AADAC). He also worked as a Child Care Counsellor with Alberta Social Services at Yellowhead Youth Centre (YYC). His studies took him to the United Kingdom where he graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wales, Cardiff. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1998 and has practised personal injury law exclusively since that time with Braithwaite Boyle. He is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta. James is an avid sports fan and has enjoyed competitive long distance running and cycling. His current activities include Bikram Yoga and long walks with his family. He is a devoted husband and father. James has travelled extensively throughout the world and continues to explore new destinations. |
