Ph. 403-230-8088 [email protected] Sarah was born in Bulgaria and spent most of her childhood in Montreal, Quebec where she performed as a competitive swimmer. She then moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba and attended the University of Manitoba for her undergraduate degree, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities in 2010. She continued her education with law school, at the University of Manitoba, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree there in 2019. Throughout her law school journey, Sarah volunteered with various organizations assisting Winnipeg’s low-income community with their legal matters in English and in French, in the areas of criminal law and refugee law. One of the highlights of her law school experience was being selected to represent the Robson Hall Faculty of Law in the Bastarache Moot which deepened her understanding of the importance of language rights in Canada. After completing her articles, Sarah began her career as a litigator and solicitor in the area of family law. Upon her move to Calgary, she began to practice exclusively in personal injury law by joining Braithwaite Boyle. She finds her position with the firm to be both engaging and fulfilling and is looking forward to assisting you with your legal matters. In her free time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exploring the city’s many cafes and bakeries and taking long walks in nature. Sarah is fluent in French/Bulgarian/Spanish. |
